     Alexander John Rogers was born on 4 April 1881 at Haysden, Tonbridge, Kent. He was photographed on a horse there in 1911 at Dene Park, Burford, Shropshire. He married Edith Jeffries-Davis, daughter of John Jeffries Davis and Catherine ("Kate") Freer, on 29 January 1911. Alexander John Rogers was the estate manager circa 1926 at Glympton, Woodstock, Oxon. He emigrated in 1929 from New Brunswick, Canada. He died on 3 November 1964 at All Saints Hospital, Springhill, at age 83; after a lengthy illness aged 83 (resident of Williamsdale NS). He was buried after 3 November 1964 at Oxford, Nova Scotia.

     The Hon. Lucy Horatia Rice was born on 4 July 1811. She was the daughter of The Hon. & Very Rev. Dr. Edward Rice DD and Charlotte Lascelles. The Hon. Lucy Horatia Rice was baptized on 3 July 1813 at Great Barrington. She lived with The Hon. & Very Rev. Dr. Edward Rice DD on 15 January 1829 at Gloucester, in the Deanery. As of 7 June 1832,her married name was The Hon Mrs Sweet-Escott. The Hon. Lucy Horatia Rice married The Rev. William Sweet-Escott on 7 June 1832 at Fairford, Gloucestershire. The Hon. Lucy Horatia Rice was a witness his brothers and sisters were granted, by Royal Patent, the rank and precedence of the younger sons and daughters of a Baron. With The Rev. Francis William Rice 5th Baron Dinevor in 1869.

     The Rev. William Sweet-Escott was born; 6th of 12 children. He was Rector in 1832 at Oddington. He married The Hon. Lucy Horatia Rice, daughter of The Hon. & Very Rev. Dr. Edward Rice DD and Charlotte Lascelles, on 7 June 1832 at Fairford, Gloucestershire. The Rev. William Sweet-Escott was Rector between 1842 and 1853 at Brompton Ralph, Somerset. He witnessed the baptism of Henry William Rice Wiggin on 19 January 1845 at Oddington; godfathers Henry Hippisley Esq. and the Rev. William Sweet Escott (husband of the child's aunt Lucy nee Rice); godmother the Hon. Harriett Rice (probably the child's 1st cousin once removed - but possibly the wife of his uncle Francis, later 5th Ld Dinevor). The Rev. William Sweet-Escott was Principal between 1853 and 1862 at Foyle College, Londonderry. He was Rector between 1879 and 1884 at Brompton Ralph, Somerset. He died in 1884.

     The Hon. Frances Townshend was born on 20 February 1772. As of 20 October 1794,her married name was Rice. She married George Talbot Rice 3rd Baron Dinevor, son of The Rt. Hon. George Rice P.C., M.P. and The Rt. Hon. Lady Cecil de Cardonnel Baroness Dynevor, on 20 October 1794. The Hon. Frances Townshend died on 13 August 1854 at age 82.

     George Rice Rice-Trevor 4th Baron Dynevor was born on 5 August 1795. He was the son of George Talbot Rice 3rd Baron Dinevor and The Hon. Frances Townshend. On 28 October 1824 his name was legally changed to Rice-Trevor by Royal Licence, having inherited the estates of the Trevors of Glynde. George Rice Rice-Trevor 4th Baron Dynevor married Frances FitzRoy on 27 November 1824. George Rice Rice-Trevor 4th Baron Dynevor died on 7 October 1869 at age 74; On his death, the Barrington estate passed to Edward Rhys Wingfield, his grandson.
